1.Riding on water slides

2. Watching Netflix shows all day


We all know that person who spends all their time off work on the couch watching whatever they can on Netflix or other similar platforms. In fact, some of you reading this may be such a person. Well, you’re in luck! There really is such a thing as a “Netflix tagger” who gets paid to watch Netflix all day. These workers are tasked with collecting relevant metadata that is used for Netflix’s search and category services. They are also tasked with deciding a show’s age rating and to keep an eye out for nudity or violence.

Everyone imagines having a big storybook wedding, but your guests are normally limited to you and your spouse’s limited social circles unless you or your spouse is related to royalty. For people who want really big numbers in attendance, there are companies that hire people to pose as guests for various life events like weddings. And they don’t have to sit in as random guests either — people can even be hired as bridesmaids. There are also similar jobs for other life events like professional mourners at funerals.

While this might seem unorthodox, this idea probably has origins in cultures where weddings and similar affairs were major events that included the whole community.

9. Grocery shopping for other people


Unless you grow your own food, you probably have some experience going to a grocery store. That said, there are many people who need to get groceries but are too busy or unable to leave their house. Because of this, there are many people willing to pay other people to go to the market for them. There are many ways to get involved; some people can hire themselves out by starting their small grocery shopping business, but some markets even offer delivery services for customers which means they likely hire shoppers.

10. Going to sleep


A job really can’t get easier than this. This is a job you can do in your sleep...because you are literally getting paid to sleep! There are various reasons for people to get hired to sleep: scientific studies, testing out beds, and even special art shows. For times where sleeping must be done over long periods, professional sleepers are sometimes required to take medicine to induce sleeping, so being a heavy sleeper isn’t even a requirement.

A lot of people like to listen to music while doing their household chores and if they’re lucky, while they’re working. The role also requires the officers to promote hedgehog awareness to the local people.
