POEMS BY ONE MICAIAH

Talk About Christmas

When you talk about Christmas
Talk about red and white
Talk about Santa's beard in white
Talk about its joy on the mass

When you talk about Christmas
Talk about sweat and blood
Talk about His glorious blood
Talk about its power on the mass

When you talk about Christmas
Talk not about cheers and merry
Talk not about why Christmas's merry
Talk not about the acts of the mass

When you talk about Christmas
Talk not about smokers and drunkards
Talk not about the old men playing cards
Talk not about their feelings of the mass

When you talk about Christmas
Talk about the gracefulness on everyone
Talk not about its cruelty on anyone
Talk about its merriness on the mass
