My Customer Care experience with "4PICS-1WORD"

 There are few things I like in life - Music, Food, Writing, Reading, Movies and Games....

For games, I love Word Games a lot - Crossword puzzles, Scrabble, Wordalot, 4pics-1word, just think of any word game you know.... I am in!!

On my previous phone, I had played "4pics-1 word" to about Level 2000 or more before I lost my phone. I was devastated because I knew I would have to start from the scratch when I get a new phone. I had to send a mail to their Customer Care asking if they could do anything to help me. (Imagine sending a mail because of a game ooo...chai Andikan oooo). 

In all sincerity, I didn't expect any response, my mail was just a combination of two sentences and I didn't even greet properly sef......I just did it to fulfil all righteousness.

Guess what Brethen? Do you know that these oyinbo people took time to respond, explain and even made me feel better? They also went as far as offering me free coins to compensate me. I was beyond shocked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Organizations that may not have the human and capital resources like your present place of work does, 'maybe just an online presence', are taking initiative that the customer is always KING!!! They are doing everything possible to meet and exceed customers' expectations and we should not be left behind. Wherever, we find ourselves, we should ensure that we do everything within our capacity to give our customers the needed attention.

As you step out today, ensure you are a 'blessing' and not a 'burden' to your organization

 Moral lesson

·         Give your job the best of you.

·         Be empathetic to others.

·         If at any point you have failed, don't allow it end there. Make amends.
