Linda Ikeji is a blogger like most of you already know, ohh!! she is a billionaire too.

She literally BROKE the internet some few years back, not Kim Kardashian style though, when she shared the pictures of her newly acquired 850million naira Banana Island mansion!!! Oh yess!!! Die na??

I didnt bother myself reading comments on her blog because I knew her fans would definitely praise her, of course it's a wonderful feat, for someone who started from the scratch.

I went to Nairaland, and discovered a new definition of Jealousy and hatred!!! People said all sorts of things, called her names, even implied she was dating rich Alhajis. I just assumed it was the usual bad blood.

The one that drew my attention and irked me most was the trend on twitter. #LindaGoAndMarry. Wow!!! Really??? This was the cheapest blackmail people I call trolls could come up with?? How shallow can one be really??

Let's see if we can learn a thing or two from this:

1. Firstly, she is educated!! Education doesn't guarantee success, but there is this unique finishing touch it adds to whatever you do. She's also very enlightened. Anyone who is on the internet 24/7 is widely read! politics, religion, music..name it!! She has an idea about anything and can floor most of you in a decent conversation.

Some people who cussed her prolly have WAEC results that look like Chinco BlackBerry pin...2F3D1E.

2.  She is hardworking!! Extremely hardworking. She wakes up 4am and I can personally testify to waking up by 1am and seeing new posts. She works tirelessly.

Work hard and smart. Start as a slave. If you get to a point where you think you are successful..then you have started failing. Your "success" is another person's starting point.

3. She is smart!!!

If you think of the house she bought and the location, give it 10years, and she can recoup double the money she spent IF she so wishes to sell!!!! Oh yesss!!

And lets say for a second I believe she is into magarism...my dear, this is "Magaraism with a purpose". I know...not heard..of many ladies who lie on their backs for common human hair and blackberry passport. c'mon!! Our kids would call these phones old school in some few years.

If I lie on my back daily and give my parents a mansion and change lives of people, my goodness, I am worth emulating...(no try am ooo).

4. Persistence and patience

If you have had a chance to read on her struggles, she dabbled into many things and failed woefully. she didnt give up. She didnt get wealthy overnight like most of us want, it took her 9years and a lot of sacrifice to get to where she is today.

Have a vision. I have set goals for myself and if you hear them, you might die laughing. Myles Munroe said, "If your dream doesnt scare you, it's not big enough for God"

On a final note, believe me, I am not trying to hype her, she needs no hype literally, I can guarantee you she doesnt know I exist, but just maybe, someone would appreciate good and change for the better.

I had to write on this because if a MAN had achieved this, people wouldnt have said much, but because its a SHE, and "the she" is single, THEY suddenly have an opinion about her life. At times I wonder if this is the curse of the girl child, but when I see both sexes are involved in the trolling, I am forced to ask, does she intimidate you?? *turns face away in disgust*...how happy are you in your homes? *side eye*

Be inspired by someone...stop the hate...because the more you do, the better she gets.
