WHERE ARE YOU NOW?

I remember

Just like yesterday

My knees were tattooed and hurting

Stamped on stone balls

Cos daily I was praying

As life's storm raged, so you won't fall.

In the fierce cold arms of the night,

I was always by your side

Your every glimpse had me insight

When the fire was blazing

And the storm was raging

My home was by your side.

When your joy brewed,

Intoxicating and full

As much as I could,

Together, we drank the happiness too

Laughing and drunk.

Sighs.......

I was there in those moments

Great or small

Happy or sad

I was there through it all!

But where are you now that I need you?
