    X.        Nigeria's tallest building in Nigeria is NECOM House, Marina, Lagos, a 32-storey building was completed in 1979. It houses the headquarters of NITEL (Nigerian Telecommunications Limited), Nigeria's former single telephone services. It was constructed with concrete.
