A friend's post made me remember a discussion I once had with a friend who thinks there is that One Person that will make him complete. That opposite sex designed by God who is his Soul Mate and without whom he cannot have a complete life.

You see, this soul mate taboo has kept too many people singles for long and has made many more people ward off someone who would have completed them. There's not one soul mate. There are many soul mates. Soul mates are those whose soul are configured to compliment yours. And there are so many of them, not just one.
